1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you and your furry friend to be delighted with your PTSN purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or show signs of pet oils and pet hair.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@helloptsn.com. Provide your order number, the purchase receipt and details about the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service, and consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow [15] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Size Guide and Measurements

To ensure a perfect fit for your furry friend, we recommend measuring them before placing an order. Utilize our size guide for accurate measurements, as returns of used items with pet oils and pet hair cannot be accepted.

7. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
